Date: 27/04/2021

Mr Steven Alexander from Tinkerworks gave us a guest lecture and QC session for our class. Tinkerworks is a Jakarta-based design studio focused on the nuts-and-bolts of creating brand identities for restaurants, retail, and creative businesses with the help of whimsical stories based on strategic thinking. Sir Alex introduced himself and shared a brief story of how he got into the design industry. He was formerly a business student and got into the design industry and worked as the conceptor instead of doing the technical design works. Tinkerworks’ clients include: Petak Enam Lifestyle Space, Dark of the Moon Specialty Butter, CIAYO Corp Media Company, Tempat.com Booking Platform, Galleria Lifestyle & Build, Ederra Modestwear, YOKAI Molecular Gastronomy, Adorama Lifestyle Printing, Indonesia Mural, WAIL! Australia, CATR & Co, ETEREA Weddings, and Sedari Dulu.
